Got this 3102 that jams for the first couple prints, then prints great with no problems until you let it sit for awhile. It keeps saying secondary transfer, but i replaced every known sensor and still same problem.

Sounds like a clutch or one way bearing. I have had a few problems on C350s jamming like that, when cold. After printing a few the one way would free up and work correctly.
I am not sure if the 3102 has a one way on the registration or transfer roller. Worth a shot.
