I have this jam code 9202 / 92-02 on a C6000. I have replaced a worn actuator ( adu actuator) cleaned sensors, rollers and tested all motors and clutches along the adu unit. I also cleaned and tested solenoid and bearings on the duplexing unit but the jam persists after test is made.
I will be checking on the decurling roller, springs and other movable parts later but first would like anyone who has experienced the same jam code to assist me here with any other solutions.
Jam occurs on facedown output selection and on duplexing when using SRA3 - 300gsm only.
