Customer has this unit, 94K, and a month ago the cyan toner read empty but it wasn't. Took chip off a new toner to see if it reset and it did. Now black is doing it. Can I get reset chips anywhere except China, or do I have additional problems? Have a supplier but they are back ordered for a month.
