konika minolta problem A4 printing

hi everyone

i have imported a machine konikaminolta 7272 from usa , the problme is the their printing system is not fully uselful here , i use A4 paper witch dont print the 2 cm the bottom of the paper .
plz if anyone here knows how to configure it so it coud prints all the paper plz tell me how .

Try setting the machine from Letter (US standard) to A4 (EU). I'm sure there is an option somewhere, usually in the Setting -> Marketing Area.
