Print out the gradation patterns all CMYKand you will know the culprit IU. From ur mini image seems cyan.

another thing it keeps saying cyan toner is low. Replaced with new one but still same message and also noticed cyan hopper unit is full. Vacuumed it but after some copies it is full again.

Check toner dropping cover of IU. If cover is not present it prevent opening of toner shutter in main body.
