Having a problem with a C6500 that jams up when duplexing with the codes either C-3206 or a C-3209. Both stalling out in the decurler area and not going into the duplex. Pretty consistent although some print will get through. Have switched out the entire paper handling drawer with two others and have the exact same result and timing. Runs single sided fine. Does in all paper sizes. Any Ideas? Help !
