[Error Code] C558 fa14

I have a tech who is struggling with a c558 which keeps randomly rebooting. In the data list it is shown as fa14.

So far he has replaced the mfp board,disconnected the doc feeder,removed the dual scan board, reloaded the firmware and swapped the op panel with a good machine but it still happens. Even with the network cable out it will still reboot after about 5 minutes idling.

Has anyone come across this before?

I have a feeling I will be picking up this call so any ideas would be appreciated...

There is a firmware that fixes this error code. I've done firmware updates on 2 x similar model machines with this same error and got it fixed.

For future reference it turned out to be the Emmc board.
