[Bizhub C35 / Develop Ineo +35] Stuck on boot screen

Hi!

As far as I understand, "Develop Ineo +35" and "Konica Minolta Bizhub C35" are the same machine, so I'm posting here...

Since I wanted to erase all personal data on my machine, I used the "User Area (Print)" format option. Sadly after a reboot, the machine is stuck on the boot screen..

I have not much experience with it and already tried holding the reset button while booting, which yielded no results... Using google did not help very much either.. therefore I'm trying my luck here

Any ideas?

Try booting without HDD

You were right! Thanks a lot!
After removing the HDD it booted again.

So I guess the HDD is faulty...?
Do you think manually formatting the HDD on a Computer would help?
