[Error Code] bizhub 601 giving code error 9401 and spilling tonner on transfer unit

hie guys
i need urgent assistance
i have a bizhub 601 which is spilling tonner according to the research that i have done so far i need to do some changes on the DIP switch my challenge now is how do i gain access to the switch.

also the machine is giving me an error code 9401 when doing back to back copies.


please assist
