    C3350 Code 9401

    Hi
    Has anyone found a solution for code C-9401 on the C3350 model without replacing the complete scanner unit.
    the fault is probably due to the lamp or ccd but these are not available separately.

      Replacing the flat Cables in the scanner unit have solved this for us.

          We changed the cables 4 days ago and no code since.

              Good afternoon, guys.

              Sorry to hijack this thread, but can someone please provide me with the flat cables part number? I can't find it on the parts manual - the scanner unit comes up as an entire assembly...

                          they came out with a new style scanner belt the ends were brass new ones stainless, changed the belt slightly
