    Biz hub 454e

    Doc feeder 701 .. paper detection sensor not working ...changed sensor , document board.All the other sensors work..any 411 on this problem.

      What do you get. Original left on glass?

      Check the ADF original set sensor...
      Unplug the DF to check.
      Whatever

          Allan...i hit start nothing happens...chk paper detection sensor not working

              Have you gone into service mode and checked that DF-701 is selected?
              Also make sure all three connectors are properly seated.

                      So if you open and close the DF cover the rollers lift?

                          Yes that's ok...insert doc...hit start ...rollers don't come down ect
