good day guys. any one have experience this i have try to swap the drum and clean the laser unit but the white line is still there. pleased see the picture pleased. thanks in advance 20180125_095251.jpg

How the other halftones look like?

White voids be Dev unit or laser dirty.

If belt is worn and has some embossed lines from blade it can do similar lines. You should be able to match them with the rest of colours.

it only happen in magenta color guys. and when i check the developer there is no white line in magnetic roller.

and the transfer belt is still look good. the total count of this machine is just 15k . 7k on color and 8k on black.

Try initialise and stabilise background reset and full Gradation afterwards.

try to change drum magenta with cyan! if the problem appear on cyan you should try to clean the charger if you can't do that replace the drum unit.

If the white line is opposite to feed direction then you can eliminate dirt on laser glass or even foggy edges of polygonal mirror.

to update you guys the void lines is happening in all color but only more visible on magenta color. i see some toner remain in transfer belt. i will try to clean it or replace the cleaning blade and inform you guys if this will solve the problem.

Just general FYI: When cost is a factor and if it turns out to be the drum, KTN sells the charger and grid together for under $10. We rebuild these with new drum, blade, grid & chip. Found just cleaning the grids doesn't work or doesn't last. The grid plating seems to burn/flake/peel off, so new grid is needed, especially on older c220 series.

hello guys after check the itb assy. i find out it was no good already there are some lines on it that cause the void lines in all color. thanks for all your help guys.
