have this code i cannot clear. replaced the toner motor.
A board and sensor. reset it, though i cannot tell if it worked
when i go into the secondary clear mode and select trouble codes it has no effect on clearing. anyone have any ideas or seen this before. service manual says to replace the motor then the A board
is my manual missing a step?

    Thanks for any help

I have seen that code on that machine a lot . It usually happens when somebody twist the toner bottle trying to get it out. 99 times out of a hundred, in my experence the two white gears where the motor is have been damaged. It will only take 1 damaged thread to not allow the bottle to turn. Did you inspect those gears? Also make sure the bottle holder will spin completely around.

There's a blow fuse in the smaller board under the big mfp board in the middle of the machine.

Kink#2 has the answer. usually the problem once gears, etc have been checked.

In the first post he said the "A" board was changed. I assumed the different board would have a different fuse, check the gears. If someone took a blown fuse off of one board and put on another, check your training.
