Issue with requesting a Certificate of Authority (CA)

I am trying to request a CA on the Konica C368. The issue I am having is when I request the certificate it assigns the common name as the IP and this grayed out. It will not allow you to change this. In my job we need to submit a form with the FQDN/common name and does not accept the IP as a FQDN/common name...it will get rejected. Is there anyway to change the common name to something like xxxxxxxxxx.com?

Thanks in advance for your help!

It should be possible from firmware version G00-N5:
Availability of the function for changing the Common Name to IP address. (bit1)
Software SW No. 107 0x00: Disable (Default)
Software SW No. 107 0x02: Enable

    Working...
