Error code c3102 bizhub c451

Hi everyone,

Hope this find you well, i have come across bizhub C451 which is popping up C-3102 i checked on service manual and it referred to bad PS56 or PS57, fuser motor etc, i replaced the sensor unit as a whole, tried to reset the up to no avail, i decided to check in error log in service mode and i found the same points to "communication system setting" with no further clue, can someone assist please?

Fusing motor failure to turn.... How old is the fusing unit? Have had some of the grease on the bearings in the unit get old and start causing binding. And have had to replace some motors.
