Bizhub 250 Now Scanning

I have a Bizhub 250 when the doc feeder is used and all scanning is completed ( single or duplex) the copier display continues to display "now Scanning" and will eventually time out with a Misfeed detected message. The doc feeder has been swapped out and all other functions work properly.

any suggestions?

Try updating the firmware first. That can fix some crazy issues sometimes.

Check the ADF sensors under State Confirmation in Service Mode.

Check the ADF sensors under State Confirmation in Service Mode.

Sensors all check fine and have changed the ADF. Have also done total clear and updated firmware.

any other suggestions?

vd signal from ADF wasnt turning off. Replaced control board. All is fine. Thanks for the help
