    Hi guys,

Anyone knows what differences ( improvements hopefully ) are between the old and the new machines?

        thanks for that.

They mentionned a "Renoir" thing in a year time. Wonder what that will do.

          There are many upgrades/improvements.
They are really the C6500s with all the modifications installed standard.

To me, the 2 new features which are going to help the Users are the abiality to control/adjust density from front to back to compensate for uneven density. Now the User can record Macros off the panel. This way you can populate all the settings for a complicated job with the push of a button.

Also, they come with Fiery System 2, which includes the NEW/FINALLY Mac driver with the CWS style interface.

Other than this, most Users will no see any noticable differences apart from the restyling of some of the exterior pieces, such as the paper trays, finishers and Post Inserter.
