i got a bizhub c550 creasing 8 1/2 x14 and 11x17 out of tray 1,2 bypass works fine and tray 3,4 works it has a new fuser unit ,transfer roller, firmware is base 88

be sure that the paper is going in straight this was the same as for example C450 3/4 th tray
