Customer has 250 user codes programmed but only 170 of the codes print out on the management list report.
Sounds strange but I printed it myself. It stopped at 168 because she deleted 2.
No HDD and just factory memory, but I don't think that could be a factor.
Op manual lists 1k of codes standard.
Firmware is latest and greatest.
Please don't tell me they need to upgrade.
I just renewed the contract for 1MEG per year and all PM parts are available.
