So setup Mobility Print for the first time in a customer environment with some bizhub C368 series. But this issue so far seems to be the same with any device that prints face down.
So if you print a multi-page document with it the pages come out in reverse order. Last page will be first in the stack.
In the driver properties on the client machine the default setting is set to "face up". But the copier physically print face down.
So I can change the default which fixes it. Problem is, how do you expect to teach 400 people to change their default setting.
I wish I could configure it to be default before installation. Papercut support doesn't seem to be very helpful.
