[Electrical] C6801 bizhub c8000

Hi guys.
I stuck with my machine by c6801 code.
One day i sent a job to machine and after complete half of job machine stopped for no toner. machine standby for 10 hours.
when i charge toner, the job started and after a few minutes machine show the c4701 code.
i turn off and on the machine and operation panel is not working and it's off. I saw c6801 code on panel.

thanks for your answer, but my operation panel is working when i disconnected the MCB1 board or PRIBD board.
