We have been having problems with the DF 617 on c220 range where it pulls in multiple sheet .Even after changing all the rollers and giving a good clean it still does the same.Is there an adjustment that I m missing?As ever thanks for any suggestions.

Separation roller replaced?
Did you put in place correctly separation roller assy spring?
If i remember good,spring have several pressure positions,try to change.
Maybe try to replace A0HT561100 Torque limiter if nothing helps. -

On most KM DF's, the torque limiter seems to cause this issue frequently.Comment

Lower the sep. spring tab under the tray to the bottom, least pressure position.Comment
