    duplex problem printing

    i have bizhub 751, if the print duplex toner always falls on paper transfer but if print simplex ok
    anyone can help?

      Is the printer standard or has some additional (finisher, stapler, etc.)?

              ok so WHAT have you done to fix it?

              start with a thorough CLEANING!

              how many pages on it?

              life of consumables?

              very little information given to expect a good answer
