[Misc] Bizhub C3351 -ineo_3351 Horizontal lines on Copy Function only

Please help .
Brand new Develop ineo+3351 with fax system on, only in Copy function shows Horizontal lines see attached file. (Original fed both ways ADF and Glass)
Print and Scan works fine.
I also have checked the "date insert" on service mode "System 1" and it was OK.

Any suggestions Please.Thank you

Did you follow instalation procedure from manual,try again start from "date/time settings"...

Lines of shame. Make sure date and time are set in the Admin mode and service mode.Both need to be set.
