C35 code 13E2

Hi all
I have a Bizhub C35 that I updated the firmware. It seemed to install fine but after it restarted the code came up. I have tried to download the firmware again and install it and keep getting the same thing. When I go in to check the firmware the engine firmware is blank. I'm thinking its bad firmware if anyone has an older version of firmware that I could get I would appreciate it.
