c6500 error c 2421 & 2424
My tech is in Belize servicing printers for a week I discovered, and I am also leaving for a week to Texas, I thought I would service this machine for the shop, as its throwing codes , needing drums and developer changed . This is our problem machine, which I should ditch for another c1070
I went though all the appropriate steps, all went well until start up. Then I got the codes.
I added a fair amount of toner to the developing unit a few times , no change in error codes c2421 and. It happens immediate on start up.
I did a toner density output and recovery

M=5
C=28
K=0
Clearly a problem. Toner density sensor needs cleaning? anything else? I can not seem to locate where the heck this sensor is an how to clean it.
Any help on the quick before I leave tommorrow am is very much appreciated.
