Bizhub c253 colours missing

Arrived at a customers today only to find that all the colours were either feint or missing. See attached.
Tcr levels look fine
Any ideas?

what have you done to it?
what life is left on drums developer?
have you cleaned the LSU shield glass?

not much info given to receive help

My first step would be to clean the IDC sensors

Drums/devs haven't done their life yet. I even swapped out drums to see if it changed but nothing did.
Removed all lsu's and cleaned the glass.
Cleaned Id sensors that sit below transfer

Check the ends of the ribbon cables at the back. Reconnect connectors.
