Before 2 weeks i replaced onl opc drum and blade (customer scrutched it) .
Developer has made about 60k copies.
It worked ok for these 2 weeks and the last 2 days when customer turned it on and make the first copies they look
like those in the attached files. File with name first is the first which copied with name second , second copied etc.

Dev unit guide rollers are wearing out. Dev unit or rollers need replaced.

Always change drum and dev at the same time. If the dev spacer rollers are original, you will need to replace them, they wear and start to wobble causing image quality issues. KonMin has replacement rollers available to order. Also, replace the transfer roller with the BH423 roller, it is better made and doesn't wear the drum as quickly.

But the machine itself is like over 8 years old! Are you using OEM toner???

You are right, I have just seen the manual (I have only used newer machines)

I have seen that the toner filter (developing unit) should also be replaced
