    IC-409 System SW installation

    Have anyone had problems installing system sw on a IC-409? I have only done it once using a USB Flash drive and it worked, but now another guy is trying to install it using a cross-over cable and it ends up in "installation failed" after a while.
    Any known issues?

      Make sure you plug the cross over into the engine port not the LAN

          disable ftp service on pc/laptop the software is send by tftp and if ftp runs you get a conflict

              i had a problem with cross over when i was using vista, but when i used a lap top with xp all went ok
              If at First you don't succeed remove all evidence of ever trying!
