    Reset consumable counter for emergencies

hi, there is a way to reset the drum counter, developer etc. for emergencies?

It happened to me that I did not have the spare part available. So the customer had to wait a few days for the courier.

Is there a way? I do not necessarily say as if it were new but to give a few more days to the piece (to prevent the customer being in trouble).

    thank you

        Yes, carry chips with you.
The default setting on those machine are all on "no stop" so no real need to worry.
Make sure that the settings under <unit change> is all set to "do not display"
        SW 51 HEX F0 and 55 HEX 0C...
There is several ways. Make a reset tool. Short out pins or replace the ICP's.

Resetting clears aging compensation if any.
        Whatever
