Hi all
A client has had a 3320 for a month.
The toner depleted and was replaced but it is giving "Replace cartridge,printer region mismatch".
I have tried another brand new toner cartridge, done the service erase/factory default in 26 mode, redone installation and selected the correct country setting (south africa) but still no luck.
These are lexmark engines so even searched lexmark solutions but still no luck at all.
Any ideas??
