Magicolor 1680 color jam

Hi!

I have a problem with the above mentioned machine.
Black printing is always fine.
But color printing always stop at fuser. Exactly at the same position.
Half of the picture get to the paper from the belt when it stops.
What may cause it?

I have also this problem in two printers(magicolor 1680).
I solved it cleaning the solenoides. or change.
