Bizhub DI470 Admin Password Reset

Due to a new IP scope here at work I am trying to update the network settings in this Di470... and the network admin that was here before I took over set the admin password and didn't let anyone know what it was when he left here.

Is there a way to reset it?

I can get into the copier with the 4 digit admin code on the LCD.

The problem I am having is in the web interface, I cannot access the network settings from inside the web panel. I know it should be 12345678, but it has been changed.

Any ideas?

12345678 is not the admin password for the Di470 or its controller. If the controller is embedded the password is sysadm. If that doesn't work, unfortunately, the only way to reset it is to do a hard reset on the controller itself, which involves having a tech come out to physically get into the controller.

and just so you know, 12345678 didn't become the admin password on KM products til the Bizhub 350 series.
