C3350 Light/Faded print all colors

All the Imaging units are within range and good on life transfer belt checks out good as well. I did and initialization and stabilization. Cleaned off the printheads receded all Imaging units and transfer belts unplugged unit from wall and power cycle. I had this problem before but it lingered on and I was not the one who fixed it in the end and don't remember what the fix was

check all you contacts around transfer area. There was a bulletin about this. You need to reform one of the silver contacts. Even though the meters indicate life left not always the case.
