Microsoft office EXCEL printing problem

Some excel file will show "delete error -unsupported resolution" in job list ,is this printer driver problem or the excel file problem?the machine is c458 with firmware R9.

Try this solution by Synthothol, if you are using PS drivers:

load the correct PS driver and uncheck the "excel job control" under the "Other" tab under advanced, printing defaults, Other.
ive seen that because of that box. also make sure the copier has spool to HDD turned on and the paper conversion is set to yes for a3/a4=8.5x11 and 11x17

Or try to use PCL drivers
