Hi Guys,
i need some assistance, we have a brand new B4052 out the box which is continuously feeding multiple copies through the document feeder.
do any of you know if there are specific adjustments or settings to counter act this problem

We had one do the same thing.....Eventually i pushed down on the sep roller and it made a click and popped up further to make better contact with the rollers.....

I think the sep roller spring tension and the terrible lubrication are causing an issue.
Try shaving back this part on both sides. It helped with a customer of mine that was having issues.4052.jpg

It is a FOC part. 4752 feed Mod kit.

I am but the last time I asked (about 1 month ago), they told me to do the editing manually. Still no alternative piece was available.
