Hi everyone,

Hope this finds you well, i have installed bizhub c266 to a client who bought it from abroad the machine is brand new and got stuck when i tried to create user boxes the hdd is not there, are hdd in this machines optional? or they just dont have it altogether?

Hi there.
Did you try service mode to check if the HDD is enabled? I don't know for sure if it comes or not with a HDD installed.

I have checked its usually in system2 its not there even in State confirmation.

Hi,
Just asked my supplier and said that every KM copier bw or color is equipped with HDD except bizhub 185,226,266,306 models. So, there might not be a HDD on your machine.
