    Bizhub C287 - Print Spooler stuck when sending pdf file

    Hello friends,

    my customer has a problem which repeats itself a lot when someone on his netowork send pdf file to the share printer
    the spooler stuck and no one can print after him.
    the printer does not seem to be reciving any data at all.
    the same server also has a Lexmark printer that works fine.

    Does anyone have an idea how to solve or access such a problem?

    I would appreciate your assistance,

    Function Version 4.1 (latest firmware)
    os: Windows server 2012 R2
    Driver version: 9.1.1.16

    Hello, are the pdf files very heavy?


    Do the reception LEDs flash?

      Back to basics... Make sure their using a TCP/IP port, and not a WSD port.

      Also, try un-checking the SNMP Status box under "Configure Port" in the Printer Properties>Ports tab. See if that makes any difference.

        Tanks for the reply,
        pdf size is 1-5MB,
        Led was not flashing,
        driver use tcp\ip port
        snmp in the driver turn off.
        Still the same problem.
        i check in the system event and i see an error:

        Event ID : 372 Print Service.
        Someone has a clue what can make it happen?
