C550 Door Open Problem

Working on a C550. It had a C-0105 error and the touch screen wouldn't work. We replaced the power supply and now that error is gone and the touch screen works. But right when you power it on it comes up saying "The part indicated by -> is open. Ensure that it is properly closed. On the picture of the copier it doesn't show any arrows and doesn't show anything opened.

Check the power supply again it sounds if one of the fuses are broken.C-0105 is caused by the fuse 603, there are some known problems with power supply. Also F 603 blows out if the transport material isn't removed from the trays. you are missing a part of the 24v line. the latest power supply are modified

We put in a brand new power supply. It doesn't come up any more with the C-0105 error just the message saying that the door is opened but doesn't say where.

Do you have the old power suplly please cheack the Fuse . i would installed it again and then check the machine as i mentiod the power supply was modified.
Please check it in a working machine

Did you have a finisher mounted when the power unit went down, did you remove it but left the horizontal bed fitted...this can cause a door open indication!
