What do you need to know or trying to do? Not all the dipsw settings is made available.

Double side printing with letterhead paper inside the tray and odd pages

Not exactly sure what you mean. What setting is it you wish to change?
Done complex pre-printed stuff using the direct print utility, could be worth checking that. Setup a hotfolder and configure the direct print settings then let the app print to PDF into that folder.
