does anyone have info on the fix with the line at the 11 inch mark on 12x18 yet ?. I've got the pub about running mixed paper sizes already but the customer really feels like she should.

All I can find is that you need 2 fusers and the fuser mod kit so the customer can swap them out. One is for the 12X18 paper ONLY and the other is for other sizes. There is no other option at this time. Also the mod kit comes with a legal letter about damage (to machine and customer) that needs to be signed BEFORE the mod is installed.And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right! -
