I have random problems with duplex jams: 93-10, 32-01, 32-05, 30-03. Any idea ?

It happens when the printer has only 130,000 copies.

I got a C458 . jamode 9310 ( a lot of them, some 9202 and 3003. the coper has only 16000 printsand 100 james in total

I swapped over the hole unit in page 48 in the parts guidemanual - possibly problems with the stepper motor A2X0M10600 (M5) or one of the Photointerrupter.

There is a weak plastic bushing on the front of the switchback unit causing a belt to skip. Normally some noise from the exit section.
If that is the case modify by installing a brass bushing. Some drilling and some glue involved.

Do you mean i have to replace plastic bushing by brass bushing ? Where do i have to drill ? i don't understand. The glue, what for ?

I just had 93-10 on a C558. I adjusted the right door so it tilted counter clockwise. Seems like it did the trick.
