C224e Reducing and cutting off Meter Count List - This is a weird one !!!
Hi guys, got a weird one here.
I bought a used C224e from the "wholesaler". Great machine. Low copy count, good copy quality, machine is great. EXEPT, when you go to print a "Meter Count List" it sort of reduces it and cuts off the top. (I can email the example if needed).
It squishes it from the top to bottom. The width is the same as normal, but the report is squished to only use up the top 1/3 of the page.
I've yet to see this one!!! Any help would great. Also the customer does think it has reduced several thing on him, but he is new to the machine and is not sure if its him or the machine.
