Konica Minolta C454e OCR data files

hey guys.
is there anyone who would be willing to share the konica minolta c454e OCR Dictionary files, and the PDF/A font files?
any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

a license is required for the pdf/a

For the rest, find everything within the firmware section

These files are only useful with the associated LK I-Options..If you are a dealer or direct they are available on the one stop site. I'm assuming you did a HDD format and these files are gone. E

no, my company buy copiers off lease and we refurbish them.
this particular machine came without those included.
most other models I have been able to install these in srv mode.
is there something different about the c454e or c554e than the c224e c364e or c654e models when it comes to installing ocr data files, or movie files and pdf/a font packages?

it may be helpful to note, whether these files are used or not, there is a red indicator light and messages on the screen stating these files are not installed. the customer is unable to use the indicator lights properly without these files installed.
