Status notification

I get notifications like so

Occurred Time :13/12/2018 10:02:07
Installed Place :
IP Address :10.0.1.200
Error : Supply Toner. Yellow


Where do I input "installed place:"
I'd like to put customer name and serial number if possible.

You put it in network > IPP setting > printer location
