250 colour with flashing orange button???

I have a 250 colour with a flashing orange start button. It says ready to copy on the screen and warms up normally. But it won't copy!!!

I've replaced the fixing unit and all the imaging units. I've tried doing various resets in service mode but the machine won't let me do them as I have a flashing red start button????????

Any Ideas!

Hello check if the mechanical counter is connected, and check your sif board this can defective check icp1
