CSRC connected to 2 services?

Is it possible to have CSRC connect under two service centers?

We contract work for KM and would be good to be able to CSRC onto copier prior to visit as is normal procedure for us but KM need CSRC also for meter readings.

I noticed it has HTTP1 and HTTP2 which would indicate to me that you can but once one CENTER ID is connected i cant see how to add an additional connection

Hi, this is because you have CSRC in local?


We have a CSRC on the net. To divide the sites, we can create sub-categories. In this way we configure the CSRC in the machines the same way and we make the changes via software.

no both CSRC connections are hosted by KM but they use complete different service center ID so our access is limited to devices on our service ID

When I create a new entity, I allow myself to choose different protocols.


When you do New entity> Protocol. I have both HTTP1 connections and EMAIL connections

In the same identity you can only have one protocol.

http1 and http2 is a choice for different communication modes. Its for one-way or bi-directional communication.
Same for email1 and email2.

So I need to setup both prior to pressing initial connect?
