[Jamming] Bizhub 920 strange Jamming Tray 3 duplex

Hi there,
This old 920 with more than 10 mil counts and still working as a stallion got and interesting problem. The customer called in for paper jamming from tray 3. On my visit this revealed, every thing is fine on single side feeding from tray 3. When try duplex printing for more than 5 prints A4, it gives away J17-01. There are 2 sheets stuck in registration assembly, that are 5th and 6th sheets altogether. Further detailed inspections revealed, in duplex command, the 6th sheet comes out of tray 3 early, while the 1st sheet is under ADU exit. It supposed to print all first 5 sheets and the 6th supposed to be fed after the 5th sheet enters registration from ADU exit.
The problem is only occurring in A4 all other sizes and orientations work fine.
Seems to me a software glitch, any advise before going on....

Other trays work fine.

For Escalante:
Already done that.

Please note: Only tray 3 is problematic in duplex on A4 size only. Single side copies are all OK.

Yes already done that....the problem is toooo specific...NO problem in any other trays also in Tray3 unless we put A4 paper in it. The problem seems to me a software glitch i.e. when give command for more than 5 prints, duplex on A4 size, it gives away J17-01 on very first cycle and only in this specific condition of duplex prints A4 and more than 5 multipprint job. 5 or less prints no problem at all, single side no problem at all.
This machine rotates 5 papers in one copy cycle in multicopy mode. When the 5th sheet is fed from duplex to registration the 6th paper is fed from tray. In my case, it seems, the the 6th sheet is fed without any delay just after 5th sheet is fed...while the first sheet is ready to enter the registration from ADU. The 5th and 6th sheets are jammed in registration on another with merely an inch apart from each other. No issue of double roller... I want to factory reset the machine but need any expert advise before doing that.

Try the feed rollers as per suggestion.
Not sure about the 920 but on the 751 there was a setting for duplex loop adjust under machine in service mode that work for me one those models.
