    [Jamming] Konica C545 Bypass tray paper jam

    Hi guys.
    I have a problem with this model when I'm tried to print or copy on heavy paper 300 gram He always jams on the first page!! tries to pickup and failed every page 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Plain paper or 180-200 grams works fine!!!!
    New clutch/pickup roller/separation roller /setting👌
    Need your help and knowledge...

      what are the paper trays set on for weight of media?

          My English is not so good and I hope that I Understand your question.....
          All the trays with plain A3/A4 and the bypass is set to thick 4 A4 when 300g is loaded.

              To my limited knowledge there isn't such a model in existence. Did you mean C554?
              There is separation roller pressure adjustment for thick paper in SM, especially for 300g/m^2.

                  You are right I made a mistake in the model number.
                  I will look for it in the SM .

                      I tried to look in the SM and didn't find noting about separation roller pressure adjustment I Will appreciate if you can �� the instructions for it ����������������

                          There's a spring to play with, bad screenshot but once you see it you will get an idea.
