Bizhub 350 BW Default Scan Setting

Hello All

Have set up scan One touch to FTP and works fine. However, it defaults to Fine. Can't figure out how to set the default scan resolution to a higher resolution on this machine. Can select it manually every time but we want it to be a default.

wouldnt you just need to set it then go user settings - scan fax settings then set the defaults from factory to current?

i never worked on such a old model though so menu might be different

I don't recall this option is available. will check again with the "Dino" machine. Ha ha

It seems take the default setting on Web Connection.

ask the client, im sure they will be "fine" with it
